It's all about power, and in this characteristic, of course, Iraq is not alone. Saddam Hussein managed to keep it to himself and his clan ~ brutally. Then the U.S. stepped in and introduced quota systems. Now, with political, religious, and ethnic lines drawn and sometimes smudged among Arab, Kurd, Baathist, Shiite, Sunni, Christian, IS (formerly ISIS), and others, can Iraq survive as one nation?
