One Central California dairy farmer has figured out a way to keep his small family farm afloat (and it isn't easy in these days of drought, federal ethanol policies, and corporate takeovers) ~ he rents it out for weddings. "It's just that they don't call them dairy weddings, because people tend to think about flies and manure," he explains.
