You might want to make plans ~ the 2013 Internet Cat Video Festival is set for Aug. 28, at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand. May 1 is the deadline for nominations, and voting will be held online this summer. Last year, it was Will Braden's Henri Le Chat Noir #2 that won, and we are promised that Braden will be returning this year to premiere the latest in his much-loved series: http://www.walkerart.org/calendar/2013/internet-cat-video-festival-2
