One man ~ Hosni Mubarak ~ ruled Egypt for almost 30 years until he was forced out. An apparently democratic election led to his successor, Mohammed Morsi, last June. And now, one year later, he, too, has been forced out. Both times, it was the armed forces that stepped in.
