There was the time ~ 1729, to be exact ~ when Jonathan Swift (remember Gulliver's Travels?) suggested that the Irish could solve the problem of poverty and hunger by selling their children as food. Imagine. (It was satire, btw.) And now this: Someone is actually suggesting that the solution to the growing number of poor, elderly baby boomers can be found in the trailer park.
