Trick and Treat

It's October, and anyone who lives in a family-type neighborhood knows what that means. In our area (I know this is pathetic), Halloween has turned into a popularity contest, with blocks vying for the most trick-or-treaters. Houses are decked out and adults answer the door in full get-up.
