September 3, 1967, will forever be known as Högertrafikomläggningen in Sweden. That was the day the country switched from driving on the left to driving on the right side of the street. Just like that. In one day (well, two in some places). Signs were reversed, bus stops relocated ~ one thing that didn't have to be changed was the cars.
