Lifeless Life, Sleepless Sleep

We all feel bad after a sleepless night, so we know it's not particularly good for us. We've all heard, especially in the last couple of years, about just how not-good-for-us it is. But a new study conducted at the University of Surrey in England shows it's even worse than that.
