Although there are some really creative and lovely ideas in here for reusing old books, I have to admit to many an inadvertent shudder as I looked through the instructions. I mean, Sacrilege! Cut up a book? Cut apart those beautiful pages, those meaningful words? Cut away those painstakingly decorated covers? How many books are we losing to these crafts? That said, again, these are excellent ideas.
