Dutch company Studio DRIFT ~ which is actually mainly Lonneke Gordijn and Ralph Nauta ~ "explores the relationship between nature, technology and mankind." One of their latest explorations involves the creation, for the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, of ceiling lights that unfold like flowers as they slowly descend nine meters toward the ground before ascending to begin again.
