The largest building in the world is the Pentagon, in Washington, D.C. But guess where the world's second-largest is? It's Parliament Palace, in Bucharest, Romania. Built by the country's infamous dictator, Nicholae Ceausescu, it is 12 stories high and has more than 3,000 rooms. (It is also, fyi, the world's heaviest building and the largest administrative building.)
