Seriously! ~ at least I think so. A Scandinavian group, The Nordic Society for Invention and Discovery, is working on doggie headgear (just imagine trying to get your cat to wear this!) whose EEG recorders have been programmed to recognize certain of the brain's electronic frequencies as indicative of a certain mood.
